In order to ensure continued validity of the insurance policy and guarantee insurance benefits, customers are required to pay timely periodic premium with flexible premium payment options as follows
Policy Owner can come to our Customer Service Center to pay premium from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (except on public holidays). Please bring your ID card/passport/driving license.

Step 1: Launch Wing App
Step 2: Choose “Bills Payment”
Step 3: Choose “Insurance”
Step 4: Select “Dai-ichi Life Insurance PLC.”
Step 5: Enter Application Number as Customer ID for Initial Premium, or Policy Number for Renewal Premium
Step 6: Enter premium amount
Step 7: Press button “Next”
Step 8: Insert customer’s Pin Code (please review all information again before making payment)
Note: – Policy no. has 9 digits; example: 001000001
– Application No. has 8 digits, but please remove “AE or BE” if policy is paid via Wing Agent; example: AE300001, input only 300001, or BE200001, input only 200001
